By accessing and using Neuromesh's lead generation and advertising services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Neuromesh provides lead generation and social media advertising services to businesses. Our services include:

• Qualified lead generation and delivery
• Social media advertising campaign management
• Social network integration and mapping
• Customer targeting and audience analysis
• Lead verification and scoring services

3. Lead Quality and Delivery

Neuromesh commits to providing leads that meet the following standards:

• Leads will be verified for contact information accuracy
• Leads will match the specified target criteria agreed upon
• Leads will be delivered within the agreed timeframe (typically 24-48 hours)
• Each lead will include complete contact information and available demographic data

While we strive for high-quality leads, we cannot guarantee conversion rates or sales outcomes, as these depend on factors beyond our control.

4. Pricing and Payment

Lead pricing is based on the package selected:

• Volume Leads: $40 per lead (minimum 100 leads)
• Standard Leads: $50 per lead (minimum 25 leads)
• Premium Leads: $60 per lead (no minimum)

Payment is required before lead delivery. Additional services such as social media advertising are priced separately and require separate agreements.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about target audience and requirements
• Use leads in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Respect privacy and anti-spam regulations when contacting leads
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties
• Provide feedback on lead quality when requested

6. Data Privacy and Protection

7. Limitation of Liability

Neuromesh's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

• Leads do not meet the agreed-upon criteria
• Contact information is significantly inaccurate (more than 20% error rate)
• Delivery is delayed beyond agreed timeframes without prior notice

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of lead delivery with supporting documentation.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Neuromesh reserves the right to terminate services immediately if clients violate these terms or engage in illegal activities.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

Neuromesh reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
